Are you ready to be empowered at networking events and conduct the best presentations of your life, live or virtually?  If so, then this 90-minute workshop is for you.   Dr. Neil Bardhan returns with this popular workshop to help you learn how to identify, create, deploy, and edit your personal narratives. Stories have power beyond entertainment, they can help build connection and growth in professional settings. 

During this interactive online workshop, Neil will lead participants through brainstorming sessions, independent writing exercises and you will walk away with new, workplace-ready skills and material. No prior formal storytelling training is required!

About Neil Bardhan

Dr. Neil P. Bardhan, Director of Applied Storytelling: Neil Bardhan is the Director of Applied Storytelling at First Person Arts. Neil earned a Ph.D. in Brain & Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester. Neil was later a research scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics. During that time, he also taught through the Institute of English Languages and Literatures at the University of Tuebingen in Germany. Since 2013, Neil has coached speakers and led workshops across the country in applied improvisation, storytelling, and technical communication. He has appeared on WHYY’s Commonspace and The Pulse, as well as performed on stage with FPA, Story Collider, Nerd Nite, Ignite Philly, and “Awkward… and The City.”
