Let us help you tell your story to the First Person Arts audience!

Advertising with First Person Arts puts you in front of tens of thousands audience goers in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

We are First Person Arts, a Philadelphia nonprofit organization that celebrates the power of the personal. Our storytelling, social impact, and festival programs reinforce our mission: everyone has a story to tell, and sharing these stories connects us with each other and the world.

Whether you consider yourself an artist or observer, you have a story. And we have a way for you to share it, at a StorySlam, through a memoir writing class, or at the annual First Person Arts Festival.

The 2019 Festival has an international flare!

Every year during the First Person Arts Festival, we reach more than 30,000 audience members with the Festival Brochure.

This year, First Person Arts brings to Philadelphia, powerful, first person narratives from around the world. "Long Est Le Chemin: An Homage to Martin Luther King" from France and "Socrates Now" from Greece will make their Philadelphia debuts during the 2019 First Person Arts Festival.

In collaboration with the Free Library of Philadelphia, we will celebrate the immigrant stories of new Philadelphians in "Becoming Philadelphia". A series of events at libraries throughout the city will culminate with noted poets like Tina Chang, Jericho Brown, and Ladan Osman. The First Person Arts Festival will be produced all over the city. Venues such as World Live Cafe, The Annenberg Center, Underground Arts, the Community College of Philadelphia and Drexel University are just a few venues who will host performances for the 2019 First Person Arts Festival.

For 18 years, First Person Arts has produced the only festival of its kind that features true personal stories. Our annual audience reach is over 1 million audience members through the page, stage, online and on-air.
