About First Person Arts RAW:
First Person Arts RAW, a segment of the First Person Arts Festival, is dedicated to showcasing new work or works-in-progress that push the boundaries of traditional memoir and documentary art. The program showcases work in all disciplines that is recent, innovative, and inspired by real life experience. RAW artists receive artistic and promotional support from First Person Arts during the development process, plus a cut of net revenue from the final performance.

For more information about the application process and benefits of being a First Person Arts RAW artist, please download the Guidelines and Application above. To see a selection of past First Person Arts RAW artists in the news, download the press clippings above.

    Hello,
I have begun filling out the First Person Arts RAW application and I am having difficulty with being able to save the file. Once I begin to fill out the fields I receive a warning that I will not be able to save a copy and that I must print it if I want a copy. If I am not able to save the file, there is no way to email the application, and I have noted that you prefer (as I do) an electronic submission. I was able to determine that is possible to print to file, but it saves it as a postscript (.ps) file, which I assume is not a format you would want to receive the application in. I have tried from two different computers at different locations and have this same issue, so it does not appear to be an issue with my computer. Can you please help me with this problem?

    Thanks so much!
    Kathleen
